Busy during morning time for doing the house work, and I start to take the medicine as Dr Chiew given. Hope I can slim down to about 48kg.

减肥？保持身段？多数的女人都很怕听到“你发福了”，“该减肥了”， 除了服减肥药， 有什么高见能减肥或保持身段？
Actually i am thinking there are side effects, mood swing, dry mouth, insomnia, constipation, heart rate beat faster... but i think my appetite should be able to under control a bit.
The slimming pills can make me feel "awake" the whole day but also makes me feel thirsty the whole day. I heard Alica who has taken the pill SUCCESSFULLY loose like 5kg in 3 weeks.....wow!! Shocked

Tonight there is a wedding dinner need to attend. At Furama Riverfront Singapore (Formerly known as Apolla Hotel) Venus: Ballroom Level 3 @ 405 Havelock Road, Singapore 169633. This is Francis' 亲戚-表姐孩子的婚礼。 ...
