This morning, meet Shelin at Yew Tee Point "koufu" for breakfast, after that take MRT to Bunos Vista transfer bus 200 to NACLI for course "WHALE DONE ! The power of positive relationships".
This course ready help me in my workplace to identify ways to build trust with others, appreciate the impact that positive relationships and also help to redirection make sure they are aware, to be HTHT(heart to heart talk).

※淡淡的心情
不知为什么，上网的时间长了，心情就会变得淡淡的了，少了许多的新鲜和欣喜，也少了几许的期盼，淡淡的惆怅倒仿佛添了几分。不知不觉中，日子如太息般逝去。
花开开落又一年，年年景色皆不同。人世沧桑，物换星移，逝去的是时光，变化的是心境。
冥冥中一切皆有安排么？上苍将给我们一个什么样的未来？如果一切皆是宿命，为何芸芸众人还要奋斗挣扎呢？是不甘吗？
如果人生本平淡，活着的乐趣是什么呢？难道不应该有快乐吗？有的，只是我们的心渐渐老了，感觉越来越迟钝了或者越来越麻木了吧。就好象同样的一件事，有的人觉得好笑，有的人却会觉得不好笑。也许生活仍是它原来的面目，而我们的心境却变了。不再对什么都抱着好奇之心，不再有兴趣去聊天，不再有兴趣去看一场电影，甚至不再有兴趣陪着爱人去散步！

庆端午

晴朗的天气里，日光高照华北平原，万里明朗，让人心旷神怡……；可一想到那讨厌的 "沙层暴天"，就让人情绪低落……

Getting our letter for performance bonus for work done from apr 08 to mar 09, salary adjustment & promotion for 2009 from GCFO this morning before lunch, I am one of the 21 person who got be promoted, but look like i am not ready enjoyable, think that is because of previous some issue of our appraisal been amended and without inform us, and the person which apology to me is not ready sincere & honest ba.

What do you think, this is who fault??? Her, She or me.... Is this a good reasons/excuses!!!

After saying that this is her mistake and apologise, but still can't stop of other reason to cover herself, why got this kind of person, don't understand. From this lesson I learn more about this person..................

几天以来，心情莫名的低落、压抑，一直搞不懂。虽然工作很烦、很累，许多时候还要看那些人的嘴脸（政府办事人员），但我清楚，不是因为这个。

兼具矫情与稳重,性格内、外向交替。以诚信待人、以正眼看事,与志同朋友共事,同快乐人群共乐,该哭时痛哭,该笑时狂笑......

工作空白开始,完整结束,能忙中偷闲,学做感情试题,生活由穷到富,日子苦尽甘来......呵呵.一派胡言.

又是一年粽叶飘香时，吃粽子。端午节快乐！送上我的端午祝福。

端午节，包粽子。
Thursday(28 May 09)农历五月初五 was “Duan Wu Jie”. I have not master the art of cooking YET, but I know how to wrap the rice dumpling ("Ba Zhang" in Hokkien).
As today is 农历五月初一, also buying some 粽子 for prayer.

Today also Wen Xuan celebration of full moon day, when to Ah Tian' house and meet Hwa sis and dinner out together @ Sunshine place.

After lunch, we went to Biopolis for the MY JTC day.

This is Adeline' bag "Burberry Blue Label" brought in Japan.

Process to meet LingHui at Orchard Paragon around 6pm to buy the CRUMPLER-"Barney Rustle Blanket" (the pic below and it's the GREEN one !!!) for ShiJie birthday' gift. 23/05 is his 14th yerar old bday.
OMG OMG OMG !!! It's too expensive as a gift, but he seeing people carrying the crumpler bags on the streets he is itching for it...

As per normal, every Thursday went for Taiji exercise during lunch time, early morning attend meeting for the expiry site listing, why there is so much of difference which we have updated before, sian...............................

"害人之心不可有,防人之心不可无".其实,做好人是很吃力的,要有心理承受能力,现在的环境,,对于做好人的标准是分层次的,但数老百姓层次的好人最好做,官场上的就复杂多了.

这几天我的心情很是矛盾！

最近几天天气炎热，我的心情也跟着上升了不少。整个人都变得懒懒的，也总感觉睡眠不足。这些让我很担心，担心自己的身体。同事说我最近看起来很忧郁，不知道整天在想些什么。其实我也不知道自己想干什么，我不想上班了，突然觉得好累，可是不上班，又会觉得很无聊。就这样心里一直矛盾着。
