Today after bowling, back to home and till 3pm go out again to meet Jane Ngoi & Wendy @ West Mall.
We when to 天乐里Maylm Chinese Cuisine to take our dinner. We have order the:
1. Favourite Appetizer 金牌小食: Marinated pig's shank served with black vinegar & ginger 镇江猪脚醋.
2. Nutritious Dofu 营养豆腐: Spicy dofu with sliced pork, mushroom & bamboo shoot 家常回烧豆腐.
3. Steamed port dumpling with chives 北京韭菜饺.
4. Shanghai "Xiao long bao" 上海小笼包.
5. Healthy brown rice with carrot, celery, black bean, black fungus, yam, peanut & red bean 健康活力煲饭.
6. Mochi 红艳和果子.
7. Beverages 饮品: "Pu eh" tea with chrysanthemum杭菊普洱茶.
After the dinner, we decided to change place as the restaurant is too many people & we look for McDonald to start our chat chit again. We end at around 8pm.

Yesterday, spending almost whole day doing cleaning of the study room, dump allot of books & unwanted thing.
As tomorrow will be 八月初一, we decided to go out to buy the prayer thing and also going to Farm mark to have our dinner.
After dinner, watching television until very sleeping, as also today early morning got the Bowiling Tournament at Bukit Batok Home Team, so when to sleep @ 10pm.

相信上帝，但是别忘了锁门。

无论何时发现自己做错了，竭尽所能去弥补。动作要快。

记住三个“尊”：尊重你自己；尊重别人；保持尊严，对自己的行为负责。
找点时间，单独呆会儿。
不要摆脱不了昨天。
欣然接受改变，但是不要摒弃你的个人理念。
忙自己该做的事。
如果你赚了很多钱，在活着的时候多行善事。这是你能得到的最好回报。
记住有时候，不是最好的收获也是一种好运。
回头看看你发誓取得的目标，然后评判你到底有多成功。
无论是烹调还是爱情，都用百分之百的负责态度对待，但是不要期求太多的回报。

暂不去管它是不是真能给人好运，至少说得都不错。此外，我还有一些要补充：
不要过早地给别人下定论，试着去相信别人一次，再作定夺。或许是一辈子也做不了准确的评判的。
别人的言论行径是别人的事，你无法控制。你能控制的是你自己，试着展平眉毛，张开嘴咀嚼食物，播放音乐，闭上眼睛，沉静下来，想象在真空中，或者去看美好的事物，门前的水，背后的山，桌面的风景，雨后的树叶，撒尿的小狗，融化的冰淇淋……
虽然脾气是自己的，但不是想发就可以发的。一时的痛快，也许换来一辈子的遗憾。
不要逞强，你有权利脆弱，但不代表可以不坚强。
无论发生什么事，即使真的没人能帮上忙，至少要说一说，你便会轻松无比，觉得那些事没那么严重了，而且仿佛这世上就没有什么事非要藏在心里，一个人承受。
去体会别人的苦楚，就会发觉自己的痛苦还是痛苦吗？在别人眼里，那根本不算什么。世上活得比我们苦的人多的是，可他们不都还继续活着吗？我们还有理由放弃吗？乐观面对人生，总能苦中作乐。
这是亲身的体会，试一试吧。 ^_^

Rationale of WIN logo 
The butterfly motif soaring in flight depicts the Women's Integration Network (WIN)'s mission of advancing and enhancing women's roles in the community. The four distinct wing parts reflect the dynamic interaction of Singapore's four major racial groups. Overlapping at the centre, the converging feature connotes WIN's collaborative efforts and synergy with grassroots organisations towards achieving its mission. The People's Association (PA) logo is incorporated in the butterfly motif to reflect the close link between WIN/Women's Executive Committees and PA. The wavy leaf shape gives the logo a feminine touch.
向上飞舞的蝶形图案代表妇女协调理事会的使命是促进与加强妇女在社区中的角色。其中蝴蝶的四片翅膀清楚可见，反映出我国四大民族的积极互动与交流。中间的重叠部分则形成了一个交汇点，说明妇女协调理事会为完成使命而与基层组织共同努力，发挥协同效性。此外，人协的标志也加入蝴蝶图案以反映妇女协调理事会／妇女执行委员会与人协之间的密切关系。至于波浪式的叶形则为图案增添几许女性的气质。

Today together with Mdm Phang & Diana attend South West District Teambuilding for
WECs@NACLI, a lot of fun during the teambuilding activities, we play the game call Rum Tham Tham, Jigsaw Challenge & others. I also get to know some of the other WEC members, they are Mdm Elsie Teo from Bukit Gombak WEC, Mdm Catherine Ng from Hong Kah North WEC, stay in Yew Tee Mdm Susanna Lim from Lam Soon WEC & others. There are also sharing of best practices by 1 WEC on success story of DMS and formation of Yong Ladies Club. Mayor of South West District Dr Amy Khor also invited as a GOH to presentation of certifictes to us.

Yesterday's Wu Yue Dance Studio Arts Troup presents "Dance Image 08" performance was fabulous. A few yong cheorographer was saw in the troup.
I ready like the Dance name call "Incandescence", there was althogether 6 dancer only, and the dance is mean about the earth basks under the Mid-autumn moon. Flowers blossom in this blissful atmosphere. Friends and family join in this joyous occasion, wishing each other a happy and peaceful year ahead.
The 2nd dance i like is "The Cloud & Our Stories", through the many generations of Mongolians, the tradition of story telling remains. Under the ancient crimson moon, tales are weaved into many delightful mysteries.
The other dance is "The Past and The Present", its durain season again and everyone is catching on to the whiff of its delightful yet pungent aroma. Durain-fanatics will do almost anything get a piece of this local delicacy. This dance amusinglyuncovers this craze for the King of Fruits has kept up with its time from the past, taking on a different twist in the present.
I meet some of my dancematch also and talk a lot. During intermission we also got a chance to go outside the theatre to see some fireworks as now still during Aug:National Day.
Perhaps I may continue to learning dance again. Will I be able to go on stage to performance dance again???

舞跃舞乡艺术团首个公开演出 要让大家对华族舞改观

看新舞团“舞跃舞乡艺术团”介绍，是以华族舞和民族舞为主，又在牛车水一带，以为舞团舞者年龄都会偏大。结果到了舞团排练场一看，欣然发现舞团竟是年轻人居多，现场洋溢着青春气息。
该团艺术总监颜明理笑说：“我很支持年轻人的想法，也一直积极地招生，吸引年轻人加入，所以舞团一直都很年轻化。”
“舞跃舞乡”成立于2004年，舞团历史很短，知道的人不多，但要说到舞团前身的晋江会馆舞蹈部，本地一些舞蹈界人士就较熟悉了。颜明理即是晋江会馆舞蹈指导，过去20多年来，在会馆支持下，在社团、国庆节目和春到河畔等活动中呈献不少舞蹈表演。
几年前，会馆舞蹈部解散，颜明理有感学员仍热忱于舞蹈，觉得大家应该继续学习，便成立了自己的艺术团——“舞跃舞乡”。
颜明理表示，“舞跃”点出舞蹈跳跃、飞跃的特征，舞乡则是舞蹈之乡的意思。“我希望这个舞团能成为舞者们聚集，学舞跳舞的乡村。”她说。
事实上，团里许多舞者如邱观晖、梁凤珍、吴素芬等，自小跟颜明理学舞长大，大家在一起相处至少有10年以上，其中邱观晖是颜明理的女儿。
借演出 打响舞团名字
舞跃舞乡将于这个星期呈献该团的首个公开演出“舞影翩跹2008”，呈献团里上述舞者的创作。
对华族舞和民族舞颇有心得的颜明理，将呈献华族古典舞《园灯园》，以及民间舞《迎春》。
邱观晖曾在中国北京舞蹈学院受训，目前为美国纽约ZviDance舞团团员，她将在演出中呈献民族色彩浓郁的蒙古舞《话神云》和马来舞《又是飘香时》。
本地活跃的舞者梁凤珍，刚于今年6月新加坡艺术节中呈献舞作《MAgic：MAchine》，也参与了韩国“新自主舞团”的演出《黄猴子》。在这次演出中，她会创作另一支现代舞舞码《Modern Solo》。
吴素芬是该晚演出编导中最年轻的一名，毕业自国大的她，也是国大现代舞团Dance Synergy成员，经常参与大学里的舞蹈演出。演出中，她会编导一支风格独特的藏族舞《卓玛》。
该晚演出重点为舞剧《大地之声》，由梁凤珍和颜明理编导，内容指出由于温室效应、天灾、人祸的破坏，人类必需保护环境，环保教育必须从小开始。
吴素芬说：“我们跳的是华族舞，想法却不死板，团员们不但年轻好玩，也与时并进，关注现代社会课题如环保等。”
她希望借这次演出打响舞团名字，同时改变大家对华族舞的刻板印象。
